Responsibilities:
  • Planning
    • Establish daily and weekly production schedule at contract packers based on monthly MPS and prevailing operating parameters
    • Review material availability at co-packer sites and advise inventory transfers to support the production schedule
    • Involve in weekly MPS/MRP meetings and update product availability status based on latest update
  • Procedures and Systems
    • Issue and manage work orders in JDE
    • Ensure JDE Master Data is up to date in production parameters (minimum order quantity, multiple order quantity, lead times, etc.)
    • Assist in developing systems improvement related to contract manufacturing and other processes in Operations Department
  • Quality , Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Document projects and maintain records related to contract manufacturing
    • Provide assistance to Contract Manufacturing Manager in managing projects led by Manufacturing/Operations
  • Performance Management
    • Communicate the production schedule to co-packers and participate in negotiations of time slots and capacity
    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production achievement of contract packers
    • Update and consolidate production achievement and KPI
    • Review the accuracy of production and inventory reports from contract packers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering
  • 1 - 2 years in Manufacturing, substantial understanding in production and inventory management
  • Knowledge in wider supply chain
  • Industry background dairy, food product or FMCG
