Engineering Manager (Code : EGM)
Requirement :
• Min bachelor degree (S1) Petroleum Engineer
• Min 15 years experience in Oil and Gas Company
• Familiar with the standard Oil Field Economical Risk
• Having experience as a Reservoir Engineer and deeply experience to a Water flooding/EOR System would be advantage
• Min 7 years related experience in the same position in managerial level would be advantage
• Ability to negotiate & communicate, team building & leadership.
Chief EOR Engineering (Code : CEE)
Requirement :
• Min bachelor degree (S1) Petroleum Engineer
• Min 10 years experience in Oil and Gas Company
• Good knowledge in Modeling Reservation, Simulation Geology Reservation, Risk Analysis & ASP Flood Method
• Familiar with the standard Oil Field Economical Risk
• Having experience as a Reservoir Engineer and deeply experience to a Water flooding/EOR System would be advantage
• Min 3 years related experience in the same position as a Chief EOR Engineering would be advantage
Chief Production (Code : CPD)
Requirement :
• Min bachelor degree (S1) in related field
• Min 10 years experience in Oil and Gas Company
• Min 3 years related experience in the same position as a Chief Production would be advantage
• Having knowledge and experience with Oil Field Management
• Having knowledge in Field Engineers, Nodal Analysis and Lifting Methods, all certified
• Familiar with LOG interpretation
Geologist (Code : GLG)
Requirement :
• Min bachelor degree (S1) in related field
• Min 3 years related experience as a Geologist in Oil and Gas Company
• Having a good knowledge and experience in Production Geology Modeling, Geology Structure Strategy and Geology Fundamental Principal
• Familiar with : Geo chemical basic, Petrophysic and log Analysis
Geophysicist (Code : GPS)
Requirement :
• Min bachelor degree (S1) in related field
• Min 3 years related experience as a Geophysicist in Oil and Gas Company
• Having a good knowledge and experience in Geology Structure Stratigraphy and Geology Fundamental Principal
• Familiar with : Fundamental of SEISMIC, SEISMIC Stratigraphy Interpretation and SEISMIC Advance Processing
Public Affair Staf (Code : PAS)
Requirement :
• Minimum bachelor degree (D3)
• Minimum 3 years experience in same or equivalent position
• Good communication skill & computer literate
• Ability to negotiate & communication
• Having a good knowledge and experiences in Exploration technique & Migas s production
Chief Drilling & WO-WS (Code : CDW)
Requirement :
• Min graduate degree (S1) in related field
• Min 7 years experience in Oil and Gas Company
• AP-III MIGAS/IWCF-IADC is Accept
• Familiar with drilling & work over program
• Having a good communication skill in English
Assistant Drilling & WO-WS
• Min graduate degree (S1) in related field
• Min 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Company
• Have knowledge with PTK007 would be advantage
• Familiar with AFE & WP & B
• Understanding operational flow
• Understanding process of explosive procurement

Production Superintendent (Code : PST)
Requirement :
• Min bachelor degree (S1) in related field
• Min 7 years experience in Oil and Gas Company
• Having knowledge operating production equipment
• Having knowledge about maintenance well & production equipment
• HSE Knowledge
• Having knowledge technical tolls
Well & Production Suvervisor (Code : WPS)
Requirement :
• Min bachelor degree (D3) in related field
• Min 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Company
• Having knowledge and experience with equipment production
• Having knowledge in operating & trouble shouting well & production equipment
• Having knowledge with Safety work
WO-WS Supervisor (Code : WWS)
Requirement :
• Min bachelor degree (S1) in related field
• Min 3 years related experience in Oil and Gas Company
• Having knowledge and experience in surface production operation, facilities & equipment
• Down hole Ass for well with Rod Pump, ESP
• Familiar with Rig Equipment, safety management, AP III / well cap & oil & gas measurement
• Computer literate
Secretary (Code : SEC)
Requirement :
• Min bachelor degree (S1) in related field
• Min 5 years related experience in similar position
• Computer literate
• Good communication (in English both oral & written)
• Good knowledge and experience as secretarial and office administration
• Good initiative & team work and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline
Head of Security (Code : HST)
Requirement:
• Min. Bachelor Degree (D3) in related field
• Min 5 years related experience as a military/ security
• Having a good physic, knowledge & experience
