Job Description
Responsible to supervise, review and control drilling operations, completion and well testing in support of Production and Exploration operations. Also to provide required advices to Drilling Engineering, in order to ensure all drilling operations are conducted within safe, environmental-friendly, effective, and efficient manner.
Job Requirement
Minimum Bachelor degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experiences in the usage of equipment and drilling systems in offshore environment
Must be able to keep abreast with new techniques and equipment
Must have capability to conduct objective analysis of drilling problems and facilitate issues between departments in order to provide solutions and practical judgment
Strong personality and has good communication skills and supervisory skill
Good command in Reading, Writing and Speaking in English

Job Description
Responsible to prepare and compile all information, data, reports in support of consolidation of Annual Work Program and Budget (WP&B) and Budget Revision, as well as quarterly update, preparation and consolidation of Java JV Budget and all supporting data, project close out, in order to ensure all information, data, reports are valid and accurate and in compliance to PSC accounting and regulation.
