In Indonesia, INPEX is acting as Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) with BPMIGAS for many upstream projects since 1966. INPEX is the operator of Masela Block (Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia, that is now in the early stage of Abadi field development with floating liquefied natural gas concept for future commercial FLNG production.Parallel with the activities, INPEX Organization is growing rapidly and currently we need the following positions:
Instrument Engineer (Code: FLNG)
Jakarta Raya,
Responsibilities:
1. In handling instrument engineering works, ensure compliance and/or alignment to the design philosophy, methodologies and approaches for the FLNG projects
2. Provide expertise and handle the processes of ensuring the deliverables related to instrument engineering during the FEED phases
3. Contribute expertise in the project economics of the instrument engineering projects
4. Provide expertise in the planning, cost and risk management processes of instrument engineering projects
5. Provide/contribute expertise – related to instrument engineering – in the:
o o Selection of FEED contractors
o o Provision of construction specifications for EPC contractor selection
o o FEED Contractors’ performance assurance/assessment
o o Handle the documentation and project progress reporting for instrument engineering
o o In coordination with the HSE Engineers and O&M Engineers, assure design alignment/compliance to Facility HSE policies and Safety Standards
o o Provide expertise and take part in the interfacing processes related to instrument engineering projects: (1) change management processes, (2) change process communication, (3) conflict resolution processes
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering especially in disciplines related to Oil and Gas facility
2. 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas FEED/EPC project engineering/management with at least 3 years in the areas of onshore and offshore instrument engineering projects. LNG experience is preferable
3. Fluency in English both spoken and written
4. Computer Literacy and report writing skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software
5. Able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, disciplined, dynamic with good personality
System Engineer (Code: FLNG)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
1. In handling control system engineering works, ensure compliance and/or alignment to the design philosophy, methodologies and approaches for the FLNG projects.
2. Provide expertise and handle the processes of ensuring the deliverables related to control system engineering during the FEED phase.
3. Contribute expertise in the project economics of the control system engineering projects.
4. Provide expertise in the planning, cost and risk management processes of control system engineering projects.
5. Provide/contribute expertise – related to control system engineering – in the:

7. Provision of construction specifications for EPC contractor selection;
8. FEED Contractors’ performance assurance/assessment;

Requirements:

2. 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas FEED/EPC project engineering/management with at least 3 years in the areas of onshore and offshore control system engineering projects (including package equipment control and monitoring systems related to LNG plant). LNG experience is preferable;
3. Fluency in English both spoken and written;
4. Computer Literacy and report writing skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software;
5. Able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, disciplined, dynamic with good personality.
