Prima Traktor IndoNusa commenced operations in 1972 and has grown to employ approximately 400 staff servicing clients across for continents. We need employees who have high skills and expertise in heavy equipment to support the development of our business;
1. Business Development Manager
Reporting to the President Director the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Effective business development resulting in Emeco growth;
• Developing strong professional relationships with key clients;
• Meeting sales revenue and financial targets;
• Developing business cases or justifications for fleet expansion;
• Working cohesively with the management team to capitalise on opportunities; and
• Ensuring equipment is effectively deployed
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales capacity;
• Practical knowledge or experience of the mining industry;
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills;
• An ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation;
• Highly developed analytical skills and project management skills;
• Ability to communicate, verbal and written, in Bahasa would be highly regarded; and
• The ability to travel as required

• High School, STM Machinery / Automotive / Mechanical Equipment, D3 Mechanical / Electrical / Engineer K3L/ Mechanical D3
• Sim BII for the position of Service Truck Driver
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to be placed in all operational areas PTI.
Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem
Additional Qualifications for technician:
- Familiar with the types of Diesel Engines such as: Caterpillar, Cummins,Detroit Diesel Engines and Hitachi.
- Dozer CATERPILLAR D 10T, D9T, D8R & D8T
- HITACHI Excavator Ex 1200, ZX 870, ZX 450, ZX 210, KOMATSU PC 1800, PC 1250, PC 800, PC 300 & PC 200
- Motor Grader CATERPILLAR 16H, 16M, 14H, 14M & 140H.
- Heavy Dump Truck & Articulate CATERPILLAR 777D, 775F, ADT 740, KOMATSU HD785-5 & HD 785-7
