Unified Sales Management Associate Program
The Unified Sales (US) Management Associate program is designed a common platform for graduate hires in all Unified Sales businessess. All US MAs will be introduces to broad-based foundation of all Global Consumer Group (GCG) productsas well as all the supporting function surrounding the products and businesses. They will obtain hands on working experience by being assigned to different groups. They will gain in-depth insight into varieties of GCG products, sales and credit risks through a series of carefully planned informal and formal trainings by seniors managers ini GCG and related functions.
Selection criteria
* Bachelor Degree from respectable universities
* Minimum GPA of 3.2 from 4.0 scale
* Any major is welcome, preferably Business, Management, Economy, Accounting, Finance and or Marketing
* Sales Management Driven and/or experience is preferred
* 0-2 years experience
* Profiency in English
