Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual business plans
- Work on demanding customer projects and support customer problem solving
- Conduct regular market analysis and monitor trends and customer requirements
- Maintaining the relationship with clients
- Maintaining the relationship with other departments for development and fulfillment of products and services
- Coordinate delivery order to customer on schedule
- Develop sales plans to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum experience 3 years in Marketing
- Minimum experience 2 years in the same positions.
- Able to market research, planning, design & trial of new product, understanding the marketing process in sales company
- Good understanding of advertising and brand identity strategies
- Good personal presentation
- Good leadership, able to work to targets, problem solving, initiative, analytical, management skill, Integrity, and detail-oriented person
- Must have fluent in both oral & written English
- Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, sociable, responsible, honest, independent, discipline, smarts, dynamic, high stress-tolerance, positive attitude, good teamwork, and pleasant personality
